What is Canuffalo
It's the area that extends from Toronto through Niagara Falls,
Buffalo to the Southern Tier of Western New York.
                       Go Back

Canuffalo    For hundreds of years the people of Western New York and Southern Ontario have interacted socially and economically. This relationship was tumultuous at times but since the 20th. century it has been one of  mutual defense, commerce and friendship.

In our region, where the borders coincide and are spanned by several bridges we cross back and forth with regularity. Except for the occasional bridge traffic these trips are relatively hassle free.

Canuffalo is first and foremost a directory. It's a listing of places to go and things to see. What we try to do is present the best web sites we can find that provide good relevant information for any given area. This area extends from Toronto all the way to the southern tier of Western New York.

By connecting Southern Ontario and Western New York through one central web site not only can you plan your trips better but you can explore all of the fabulous things we have here in our region.. Local web sites were used as much as possible because of their relevance to a given area and also, they generally have better content than a national site. While useful large data base orientated sites can be sparse in the informational department.

People tell me they love getting into an area then clicking away on all of the sub links. Just remember all links not part of Canuffalo open in their own windows. This makes it easy to get back to the main site if you get lost and believe me you will.
I've also added social media to the web site to get us talking to each other. I have high hopes that this aspect of Canuffalo will be very popular in the future.
